July Club Stamp Set - Snowman & Scottie

This is the second card that I have made using the July Club Stamps and this was such a nice card to make and I love the crispness of it if you know what I mean by that.

what you will need:
Little Claire July club stamp set - Snowman & Scottie
6" x 6" white base card
red linen card
white card to stamp onto
Nit Wit Frosty Christmas paper pad
white glitter paper
colouring in equipment
blue pastel chalks & Cut n Dry
diamante gems
Stickles Xmas red
Liquid Pearls white opal
Tattered Lace Essentials Circles die No. 12
Memory Box Frostyville die
die cutting machine
1/2" wide red white spotted red ribbon (plain red on reverse)
white glitter
hole punch
black Versa Fine ink pad
Faded Denim Tim Holts distress ink pad with Cut n Dry

Cut the red linen card to mat and layer onto the white base card and stick into place.

Cut the patterned paper from the Frosty Christmas paper pad to around 5" square.
Darken the edges of this paper using the Faded Denim distress ink and the Cut n Dry.

Stamp the image from the Little Claire July club stamps onto the white card using the Versa Fine ink.
Stamp the sentiment from the July stamp set.
Position the Tattered Lace circle die No. 12 over the stamped words and image and run through the die cutting machine.
On a piece of copy paper stamp the image and cut around it to make a mask.
Stick the mask over the image and using the chalks colour the edge of the circle.
Remove the mask and colour in the image (after I coloured my snow man I then went over the top of him with Liquid Pearls white opal applied with a water brush. This made him look frosty).
Colour in the Christmas ornaments using the Stickles Xmas red.
With a fine brush apply dots of the Liquid Pearls above the snowman and the dog to look like snow.
Apply Liquid Pearls to the bottom of the image and dust with glitter to look like snow. Allow to dry.
Stick the topper onto the blue paper square.

Cut the ribbon to size (remember to allow enough for the ribbon to wrap around to the back of the paper to make a neat finish) and with the plain red side showing stick into position.

Stick the topper onto the red linen card.

Cut the Memory Box Frostyville die from the white glitter paper and cut an extra snowflake from the scrap glitter paper at the centre of the die cut.
You must snip the die cut as it is too small to frame the circle with the image. Stick the Frostyville die cut into position starting underneath the dog. You will have a gap at the opposite side of the die so fill this with the extra snowflake.

Using the black Versa Fine ink pad stamp the sentiments Happy and Christmas and cut out.
Stick the sentiments in the gap between where the Frostyville frame starts and ends.
Using the spotty side of the ribbon make a bow.
Stick the bow in the gap between the beginning and end of the Frostyville frame and above the sentiments.

Punch 4 circles from the glitter card and stick a circle in each corner of the blue paper square.

Stick the diamante gems (various sizes) onto the Frostyville frame.
