Hello crafty friends and as its New Years Eve (back in Bradford they say old years night) I want to take this chance to say Happy New Year to you all. I hope you have all enjoyed a good Christmas with lots of crafty treats from Santa. Whatever you are doing tonight I hope you have a lovely evening and manage to stay awake long enough to see 2018 in. Do you have any new year resolutions that you care to share? I don't make resolutions as I have no will power but I have been thinking about taking up yoga recently. I have been super busy lately doing magazine projects for "making cards" magazine and "die cutting essentials" magazine, (both of which are the January issue so officially they will be on sale from tomorrow) and of course Crafters Companion. The secret stuff I have been doing for Crafters Companion are dies and they are just amazing, I will give you a shout when they are launched. I am heading back to Yorkshire tonight to celebrate the new year with some fabulous friends of old and I can`t wait to see them. Christmas has been a bit of lazy time for me craft wise but when I get back home tomorrow I will be back in the craft room as I have loads of birthdays coming up before March so that means birthday cards to make and of course Stuarts Valentines card.
Here is a little tease of one of the cards I have made for the "die cutting essentials" magazine and its also a card that I made for my sisters birthday which was in December, she loved it although the slippers that I gave her were too small. If you want to know how to make it (its fairly self explanatory) you will have to buy the magazine or wait till February and I will share it with you then.
2017 was good but lets hope 2018 will be even better. Xxxx
